Short story shorter.

The garage has been a pivotal utility space for its founders. In a brief glimpse in the right place at the right time, a(n everchanging) storage space took on the look of a white cube. This chance encounter spurred a conversation around the nature of a garage as a transitory space for vehicles and Sunday DIY projects, serving only as a temporary stopping point, rarely a final destination.

This led the team to appropriate the garage into an exhibition space when needed. Das Garage acts as an idea, not a fixed physical space. Each iteration takes place in a unique location and materialises only for a short time. The spaces transform back into their original shape, leaving behind only the documentation.
